Ongoing Planning

Your CCA will be meeting multiple times with your event team to fine-tune the frameworks that we’ll use during the CAB. We’ll also train your team on how to engage customers using our frameworks and ensure product and marketing produces the content needed for a successful CAB.

Pre-CAB Engagement
